We've been sailing since 2021 and have been aboard 5 of the 8 ships in the current Disney fleet, and we'll be sharing ship and trip reviews along the way. There's a lovely myth that once you've paid for a Disney cruise, everything onboard is included. Mostly it is, and that's part of the magic. However, there are still a few things that are an extra cost, including adult-only dining in Palo, the spa, the photo packages, the days out in port and alcohol seminars. These are all a paid-for extra and can be requested before you sail. Obviously you don't have to add any of these on, but here's a run-down of what they are just in case anything takes your fancy.
