Regal View Restaurant

While on our recent Disneyland Paris trip in April 2026, Mr Disney and I dined at the new Regal View Restaurant in Disney Adventure World.  Regal View is a Princess dining experience which opened as part of the Adventure Way expansion, and currently is the only Character meal within Disney Adventure World.

Where Is It ?

ExternalThe Regal View Restaurant is located on the edge of Adventure Bay in Disney Adventure World. It's a table-service character dining experience, and importantly, it's the first character dining restaurant in the whole of Disney Adventure World. The conceit is lovely.  A little know before you go

Regal view offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as a sit down dining option.  As well as a walk in lounge for a casual drink.   We booked to go for Breakfast during our trip.

Breakfast at The Regal View runs across two sittings, which you have to book in advance. These are:

  • 8:15 sitting, reserved for guests staying at a Disney on-site hotel only
  • 9:45 sitting, open to everyone

There are two ways to book Regal View breakfast. The first is to add it as an extra to your holiday package when you book, which is what we did. Alternatively, you can book it via the Disneyland Paris app three days in advance. And a bonus: if you've booked the Disneyland Meal Plan, you can use your vouchers here. All tiers are accepted, though with Standard and Plus there will be a top-up to pay.

We went for the 9:45 sitting, which honestly worked out beautifully. A slightly more leisurely start to the day, no mad scramble to be in the park gates the second they opened, and plenty of time to enjoy

Inside the Restaurant

Looking in the restaurent there are rows of tables, and chandaliers as lighting, room is very bright and aireyThe restaurant itself is really bright and refreshing, a world away from the dark, themed dining rooms you might expect. It's an elegant, airy space with soft sage-green walls, swirling Art Nouveau foliage borders, ornate brass chandeliers and pretty peachy-pink velvet chairs. There was so much detail even down to the place settings on the table.

There are a couple of beautiful murals on the walls featuring the princesses in their summer-residence gardens. Keep an eye out for Belle, Rapunzel, Moana and friends tucked among the trees and flowers.

A look out of a window accorss a lake of water with a snow capped mountain and blue ice castle uponWe were also lucky enough to be sat in a bright window seat with a lovely view out over Adventure Bay to the new World of Frozen area, snowy mountain and all. Not a bad backdrop for breakfast.

The Food

Image of printed menu details price and food options both sweet and savouryFor breakfast, you're given a choice between a sweet menu and a savoury menu, a really clever bit of menu design that I haven't seen at any other Disney character breakfast. Most character breakfasts are either a buffet free-for-all or a one-size-fits-all plated set. The Regal View lets you actually choose the kind of breakfast you fancy, and they also have a separate menu for your little prince or princess.

The food was genuinely very good. We had smoked salmon on Nordic bread, Comté ham, a soft-boiled eggs Benedict and a fun rainbow croissant. Not too much, but just enough to start the day.

Drinks-wise, there was a choice of juices, water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate (mine and Mr Disney's favourite). These were topped up throughout the meal without us having to flag anyone down, which is a small detail that makes a big difference.

Which Princesses did we meet

Collage of 4 pictures showing disney princeese with authorWe we lucky in that we got to meet four of the Disney Princesses during the meal.

Aurora, , Belle,  Ariel, looking lovely and Merida she was just great fun.

One thing I will add is  that unlike other princcess character meals I have done.  In Regal View the princesses were  in their  downtown more casual outfits, which feels fresh and a bit more personal than the usual ballgown shuffle. It's something you genuinely won't get at any other princess dining experience in the Disney parks. The interactions were relaxed and unhurried too. Each princess stopped by the table properly, chatted, posed for photos, and had a proper moment with us.

Our Verdict

Overall, we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was very relaxed, we were never rushed, and as mentioned, the princesses spent proper time with everyone and made sure no one missed out. The food was delicious and the service was very good too. Do we feel that  €60 ( price correct at time of writing) it is well worth the money?  My honest answer yes I do as character meals go especially in Disneyland Paris and we have done pretty much all of them now.  This is one I would highly recommend and one I hope you enjoy to.
